Mirror Powder is "rubbed" onto (after) cured gel polish and sealed with a topcoat to create stunning mirror nails.
Apply lots of pressure and rub until it's perfectly smooth with NO SHIMMER.
You can get a different effect by using Black or White base - The picture shows the effect using a black base.
Must be used over No-Wipe gel topcoat and sealed with gel top coat.
